An Alberta wedding photographer who will artistically capture your adventure.

First step: Breathe.

You may not have done this before. But, I have.

I'm an experienced Alberta wedding photographer and I will happily guide you through your journey. Not only have I planned my own but I've also shot 20+ weddings and had my work featured in Confetti Wed Magazine.

Next Step: The Consultation.

I always start with a free consultation for my brides.

Sounds intimidating but trust me, it's not. There's no commitment, just coffee or a phone call. But, it's crucial and here's why:

You need to LOVE your photographer.

I want your day to be perfect and that means that your photographer needs to be the perfect fit. Imagine how awkward meeting your photographer on the day of your wedding would be. You would literally know nothing about this person and would likely be hoping and praying the night before that they even show up. Let me save you the anxiety.

During the consultation we will chat about the details of your day. I promise I’m just as excited as you! I'm a sucker for a good love story and I bet yours is amazing. You’ll get a chance to get to know me and make sure I’m the right fit. You can ask me all the questions you want. I’ll happily answer all of them.

After the consult, I’ll send you a wedding prep guide. This helps you learn more about the experience and what to expect.

Next: The Engagement

Once you’re booked, we’ll set up an engagement session (included with most of my packages). The engagement session is very important. You'll be able to see what it's like to work with me and how much fun the experience can be. Working together before your wedding day helps me build trust and confidence with couples so they know exactly who they hired for their wedding day. You won't be disappointed, promise!

Engagement sessions are not meant to be boring and awkward. They're meant to be an adventure that showcases your story. That's why we will plan your dream session together!

Love hiking?

Let's go to the mountains!

Have a fur baby?

Bring them along!

Enjoy the comfort of indoors?

Let's do a cozy lifestyle session!

The point is: I will make you engagement session about your story.

The Final Step: The Wedding Day

This is the day you've been waiting for! Where all of your Pinterest inspirations finally come together and all your hard work comes to life. You look around with a sigh of relief and realize, this is it. All the sleepless nights were worth it.

Prior to the wedding day I will make you a custom shots template. This is where you'll list all of the important images and Pinterest inspirations. (Don't forget to add me to your wedding board!) On the day of, I will bring the list so I know exactly which moments are most important to you.

The excitement starts when you start getting ready. I will artistically capture these intimate moments with a storytelling approach. The moment your Mom sheds a tear while she zips up your dress. You'll get goosebumps when you see the images. Then we rush off to the ceremony to capture all those beautiful moments of love and emotion. Did you see your Dad crying during the ceremony? I did. I captured it for you too.

Next, we will take family photos directly after the ceremony before anyone important escapes. After family photos is wedding party photos. These. Are. So. Much. Fun. Using prompts and gentle posing, no one will have time to be bored. Once we have completed all of the necessary shenanigans we will move on to your couples portraits. Don't worry. We will send the wedding party away. No audience. No awkwardness. Just the two of you (and me), capturing the love and sharing a few intimate and quiet moments. Everything after that is capturing memories of you two enjoying the perfect day. Candid moments at the reception, the first dance, cake cutting etc.

You won't need to hold your breath as you excitedly wait for your photos. The next day you'll see sneak peeks and  you'll have your entire gallery within 4 weeks.

They say a picture is worth 1,000 words. See the romance I've captured
